Rooted in Story

Lloyd Arneach is a voice artist, narrator, and storyteller from the Elawodi - Yellowhill - Community of the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians in the mountains of Western North Carolina.

As the son of Cherokee storyteller Lloyd Arneach Sr., Lloyd grew up around stories that were not simply read, but carried - shaped by rhythm, memory, humor, silence and the responsibility of holding a listener's attention with honesty.

That foundation continues to influence his voice work today. Whether narrating documentary, audiobook, commercial, corporate, or medical material, Lloyd brings a grounded delivery shaped by lived experience, careful observation, and a respect for the story being told.
